It didn’t have much more room aside from in the waist which could accommodate up to 30”. The waist band on the bottom does stretch.

It has the lucky cat and stars on the back, embroidered hearts on the sleeves, embroidered sushi on the front, and heart shaped buttons.
This has been worn a few times and is over 10 years old. It is very delicate. No holes, rips, tears, or stains, but a tiny slight run on the embroidery on one of the sleeve hearts. Slight fuzzies due to age. Will steam prior to sending due to wrinkles. Color is slightly faded but still very vibrant.
