Sz 7 M – fits like a 8-8.5 (see size recommendations from the manufacturer listed below).
NOTE: I am a size 8.5 to 9 now but with long toes and I can feel my toe at the front of it so it feels too small for me. I would recommend it for a size 7.5-8 US personally.
