Up for sale is a beautiful blue dress from Saks Fifth Avenue with hand-sewn petals in good condition. I only wore this once for my spring formal a few years ago, and the bottom was tailored.
The hemmed strip is included in the Saks bag which holds the dress and original hanger. As this was previously worn, some petals are missing (sheds). Retails for $1295, got for ~$1000 on sale in 2018.
